New Features: User Roles & Permissions

Now you’ve got a better way to manage the users that you invite into your Dasheroo account!

We’ve just launched our new roles and permissions features so you can set user access and visibility controls — perfect for agencies and teams that build dashboards for clients and/or co-workers. In many cases these folks need a way to share the dashboard metrics but would prefer to restrict the editing capabilities. With the new roles and permissions feature you’ll always be in control.

When adding new users to your organization you can set them to either a Standard user or a Read Only user. As the account owner you can continue to manage users (inviting, removing, etc.) as you have been but now you’ll have even more control over the visibility and feature access within your account.

New Features: White Label the Dasheroo App

A few weeks ago we shared a coming soon update about one of our most popular feature requests: the ability for agencies to white label the Dasheroo app to provide a fully branded online experience for their clients. Today we’re very excited to announce that our new white label features are now live!

Dasheroo’s white label functionality provides agencies with a unique branding package that includes:

  • Custom domain (ex.
  • Custom in-app logo
  • Custom sign-in page
  • All references to “Dasheroo” removed and/or replaced with your company name


With Dasheroo’s new white label functionality you can leverage the powerful dashboard tools and analytics that we provide while preserving the personalized branding and client relationships that you’ve worked so hard to cultivate over time.

Coming Soon: New Agency Features

We’re very close to putting the finishing touches on some great new white-label enhancements to our agency offering and we wanted to share a sneak peek today.

Custom Domain Names — Maintain your own brand with a custom URL for your account and dashboards.

Custom Logos — Add your own logo to display inside your account so your clients see your branding and not ours.

“Read Only” user role — Set this role to give clients access to their dashboard but prevent them from making edits.

Custom Sign In Pages — If you’ve invited users to view dashboards in your account they can login from a fully branded sign in page.

New Integration: Yext

Today we’re excited to announce our newest dashboard integration: Yext! We know many of you are already familiar with Yext and the services they provide but for those who aren’t, here’s a quick overview.

Yext provides a platform to help businesses manage important information about their company and brick & mortar locations. Yext publishes and updates this information across a wide range of online directories which improves the chances of the business being found by potential customers. Obviously it’s a huge timesaver to have Yext manage this process since many of their customers are small businesses or merchants who don’t have time in their busy schedules to update each online directory manually.

With Dasheroo & Yext integration you’ll be able to track a whole new set of KPIs alongside all of the the ones you’re already tracking. If you’re just getting set up on Yext you’ll be able to see the status of your listings as they go live and your overall coverage across dozens of online directories within Yext’s network.

If you’re already established on Yext you can then track the number of times your business has shown up in search results and if those searches have resulted in customers contacting you directly (i.e. phone calls, website clicks, getting driving directions).


Finally, you’ll also be able to monitor the reviews that customers leave about your business and your overall rating over time. With this reviews data you can follow up to thank your loyal customers or immediately address an issue for a custom that had a less-than-positive experience with your business.

New Release: Dashboard Emails

At Dasheroo, there is nothing more exciting than the launch of a new feature, especially one that’s been at the top of our “feature request” list for quite some time. Today we’re happy to introduce Dashboard Emails and we can’t wait to share the details with you right now. You can keep reading or just watch the demo video instead!


Now you can easily email dashboards to one or more recipients directly from your Dasheroo account. You can send a one-time email or set up a scheduled delivery of your dashboard to be emailed automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly interval.

Dashboard emails are perfect for:

  • Small businesses that want to track metrics, but don’t always have time to log into their Dasheroo account.
  • Agencies that need a way to generate weekly or monthly reports for clients.
  • Anyone (regardless of company size or industry) who is looking to add automation into their workflow, reduce manual effort, and save time.

To get started simply click the “Email” icon on your dashboard or selecting “Email Dashboard” from the “Share” menu.


From there, you can:

  • Add recipients
  • Choose your delivery interval (once, daily, weekly, or monthly)
  • Select the data range for your emailed dashboard
  • Personalize the subject line, message body or from label (optional)
  • Send immediately or schedule for recurring delivery

Yes, it really is that simple!

There’s only one other thing you need to know: this feature is only available on our Grande, Venti, Agency and Custom pricing plans.

New Google AdWords Insights

We’re happy to announce we just launched four new insights for one of our most popular integrations: Google AdWords. Here’s a quick summary of the new insights, so have a look and then go add these to your Dasheroo dashboard!

Average Position

You can now track the average position of your ads over time to see where they show up on a page. An ad position of “1” means that your ad is the first ad on a page, and yup, you guessed it, the higher your ad appears the more likely it is that potential customers will see it.

Impressions by Device

Learn which devices your audience is using when they view your ad. With the “Impressions by Device” insight, you can to see a breakdown of the different devices including desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.

View the ad networks where your impressions are being shown for your ad. Based on your campaign settings, you’ll see ad networks such as: Google Search, Search Partners, Display Network, YouTube Search, and YouTube Videos.
